Solution, what to do:

The user (of the MacOS computer) should delete files in directory (folder):

flexera and/or flexera-sv

goto
Applications -> Harris -> License -> flexera
or
Applications -> Harris -> License -> flexera-sv

Delete files in the directory (folder): flexera and/or flexera-sv

Start IDL again
