We have an HP Designjet T1200 PostScript plotter. It has paper on a roll that is 36 inches wide and can be any length, however make your poster 48 inches or less.
PDF format is best, PowerPoint is OK, too.
The same “deal” applies, if you print a poster you will be asked to purchase some supplies in the future. The more posters you print the more you’ll be asked to contribute.
